1)45K mi，dealer开价 $27600 + TTL(税6.75%), 我offer $24900 OTD (TTL included)
2)20K mi，dealer开价 $28900 +TTL(税6.75%), 我offer $26000 OTD (TTL included)
salsman说两台车都开价太低了，跑去问经理，回来说确实没有这么大空间。听口风，
不过感觉第一台车加几百块有点戏，第二台车估计要加个1000。朋友们，我开的价格合
理吗，加个几百的话，值得deal吗？
还有，网上看了评论，说X3在低速下transmission有问题，我试驾时由于没有做好
research，就没有针对性的去体验这个比较普遍的问题。有经验的朋友能否说一说。

2nd, your offer is good before tax, according to what I learned here. of
course, also depends on how much new car warranty left, and the package of
the car (less important for a cpo). also check what kind of service has been
done during cpo. e.g., if no new tire installed, you may need to put one
set yourself, costs about $1000 for non run flat. run-flat will costs about
$1500-2000. typically, it is time to change tire at 25k-30k mile.

另外关于CPO，有什么paperwork能够证明这台车确实是经过厂家certified？CPO的车都
能够在carfax report上能够看到certified的信息吗？这家BMW dealer有的CPO的车能
够在carfax看到相关信息，有的则没有，很奇怪。

about about this. read the contract carefully though.
carfax, I have no idea.
using carfax, you can check how long the new car warranty left. A 2007 car
could be in service in Dec 2006
