我在follow the traffic，左lane速度很快，我就换到了右lane想继续follow the
slower traffic，结果刚换过来，路边岔路口停的警车就跟了过来，但他一直没打灯。
我有点心虚，就pull over到shoulder，然后警车也跟了上来，他开始闪警灯。
然后就给了我一张speeding ticket。
今天仔细一看，警察把时间写错了，am和pm的位置，警察给勾错了，ie，把晚上8:30写
成了早上8:30。（登陆NJ的ticket查询系统，也是写的早上8：30）。
但我有飞机票和登机牌证明我早上8:30正在飞机上。。。
请问，警察把时间写错了，这能够作为充分理由把ticket dismiss掉吗？我在外州无法

Qeustion:
Last Thursday morning I got pulled over on my way to school. 47MPH in a
30MPH. The office wrote me up for 5 over. I was looking over my ticket and
it was dated for 4/20/00 at 9:50P.M. I recived the ticket at 9:50A.M. At 9:
50P.M., I was headed southbound on I-75 near Flint. I also had two other
people with me.
My question is: Do you think I can get this ticket dropped? I have two
witness stating were I was at 9:50P.M. and they could also reference the
time to the other tickets he wrote that day.

Answer:
Chances of getting out of a ticket on these bases are slim and none. This is
not material to the offense, which is a basic speed violation. If trying to
get out of the penalties, I suggest finding another angle.

btw：我不想去反咬那个警察，虽然我十分怀疑他是否真的是要抓我，估计在我后面跟
了半天看我车牌是不是外州的。。

你必须在法官面前, 非常镇定的说,

眼睛要死盯着法官.
NJ, NY的法官, 加起来, 见过15个, 风格不同!
但是, 唯一的一点, 就是要让他们相信你! 你说的是实话!

还有租车收据，上面有取车时间，早上8:30我还没取车呢。。
关键问题好像是NJ不上庭就不能dispute。。：（

自己拿到过ticket，没有签过字，然后再证明自己那个时候在飞机上。

好像叫做 tiral by affidavit
还说我现在想认罪都不行了。。。必须要经过审判。。

name, wrong address, etc. Perjury in the court is a felony. |

I don't intend to fight the ticket by denying that I was speeding. Instead I
am thinking of questining the police statement that I was driving at 80+mph
..
1. I was following the traffic flow before I pulled over..
2. The police did NOT flash his lights until I VOLUNTARILY pulled over to
the right shoulder. (This is hard to prove..only by my own testimonial)
3. The police could even write down a wrong time on the ticket..
4. I was driving a compact car on a freeway that I had never been to. It was
quite dark on the road! In normal cases, how can a person drive at 80+mph?
5. The GPS I was using indicated that I was driving at a reasonable speed (
the speed indicator was not red).
I expect the judge to give me a "discount" on the ticket.. I really doubt
the police statement!! It's not possible that I was driving at 80+mph!
Anyone can give me some advices on how to fight the ticket? Thank you!!
