got two fractures and one of them may need surgery.
Just received a letter from car insurance company. They said the body injury
claim may exceed my coverage limits. I called the adjuster and tried to get
more information, but she is not helpful at all and sounds very rude.
I have two questions:
1. If the claim exceed my coverage limit and the case is brought to court,
will car insurance company handle this law suite? Or I have to hire a lawyer
myself?
2. Is that OK to ask car insurance company to assign another adjuster?

to go to the court if needed. They may not have incentive to try their best
to save your money.
You can call the insurance company to assign another adjuster for you.
