along the road. I had the side part of the
bumper and the driver side light replaced. during the accident I was driving
probably around 30-40 mph (it
was in very heavy snow though).

不过还有一种情况，车撞了后车主为找保险公司理赔直接将车卖给junk yard（估计JY
收clean title的车比salvage的价钱要高），JY再也低价格将整辆accident的车低价出
售--clean title。
之前就看过一俩05 maxima，7W迈，照片看撞得不严重，应该没什么内伤。才卖5000+
clean title！ |

如果找保险公司理赔的话，保险公司完全可能上报给DMV，将title变成salvage，跟你
卖不卖给Junk yard有关系吗？
