2.假如车估价$300， 最后是拿300的credit还是500的credit？我看到是up to $500,但
是听别人说最少500，糊涂了。

if your taxable income is $50k, after this $500 deduction your taxable
income becomes $49.5k.
if you don't own a house and pay mortgage, 99.9% of case you will not
benefit from itemized deduction.
you cannot claim charity deduction when using standardized deduction.
