发帖数: 5576 | 13 X5 gas engine will start 2012 yr on April, week 14 production week, but
Diesel engine 35d still remains on 2011 until October.
X5 has 7 years life cycle in generation and should be due on redesign in
2014 model years.
X5 2011 had updated engine and 8 spd transmission with 4000 parts, and front
and real bumper, so 2012 only had some minor changes such as LED corona
rings.
However, many equipments optional in 2011 become standard in 2012 year model
; For instance, 35i base in 2012 inlcludes $3775 MSRP equipments as standard
than 2011 but with only $900 more stick price, leather and 3rd row seats is
avaliable as standalone option in 2012 base model.
I have originally ordered 2011 35d, but once 2012 configs become avaliable,
we modifed the order to 2012 35i with more options and less price.
You may be refering X3, which is redesigned in 2011 model year.

winner, it's more solid and agile to drive.
What's your production week? We ordered end of Feb and also expected to
delivered at the end of April.
