发帖数: 14 | 1 I bought a 2007, certified used car from a dealer for $12*** two weeks
ago. I paid in cash in full and picked the car a week ago.
The salesperson called me yesterday that they had some internal
paperwork wrong and asked me to bring the car back. I did and the sales
manager checked the car and copied the VIN. He asked me to go back
again to resign some document since the business office was closed at
that time.
However, I checked the KBB, the suggested retail price for the car is
$19***. And on the dealer's lot, there is another car, same model, same
color, but in a much worse condition.
It seems to me that the dealer sold the wrong car to me. I checked the
sales slip, the VIN number is correct. But the dealer was handling
title and registration for me. Currently, I don't have the title and
official registration.
What would the dealer want from me when I go back to the dealership,
more money or return the car? It's kind of fishy to me.
Do I have to go back to the dealership? | p***e
