price.
usually it could be a bit lower than what you get from an agent onsite
initially. Because they want to use lower price to lure buyers from far away
, and they may not need to pay as much commission to the salesmen. at the
end, you probably can reach similar price one way or another.

I am just curious because that poster in the front page got a higher price
than this internet price, so I wonder whether it's a scam or not...
