My comment:
(a) Rio Tinto Group
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rio_Tinto_Group
(a British-Australian company based at both Westminster (a London borough)
and Melbourne; founded in 1873, when a multinational consortium of
investors purchased a mine complex on the Rio Tinto river, in [province of]
Huelva, Spain from the Spanish government)
In Spanish, rio and tionto are the noun and adjective for "river" and "red."
(b) I guess it is all right to operate the above in a desert. It will be
trickier if they are in urban areas. See
