现在他们说车部件没问题。估计在找软件的原因。打算把2010 corolla LE的computer
program 植入到2011年。不知是不是忽悠我。 现在车还在dealer service 手里。
toyota 公司suppose昨天打点话给我， 讨论怎么解决这个问题。
现在他们暂时不会buy back， 除非这个问题解决不了。 同时offer给我两个月的
payment， 估计6，700刀的样子。大家觉得要接受还是直接要求fully refund？或者找
律师？ 现在我觉得他们找不出原因， 在托。
我的车的问题在2011的新车里是很普遍的， 2010年的车就 没问题。驾驶不senstive的
话，也许你没有感觉得到。不过我开的时候，是很容易觉察到。 据说我在加州还是第
一个claim这个事的。toyota很重视这个事。 先后六个人过来看了。
另外提醒大家， 你的车这个问题的话， 也许也可以要回几百块钱。 |

发帖数: 1736 | 3 就是行驶过程中，本来觉得很smoothy， 突然感觉到有人在后边拉你的车一下， idle
表会突然jump down 几百，不过很快赶会来。效果也许类似于你很快的点刹。当然这个
时候你没有loose你的油门。这个可以在任何时候都能发生。 我就是怕有是么安全隐患。

时间根本就不够就推出。
查查你们州有没有Lemon Law, 别让dealer以为你啥都不知道欺负你。

发帖数: 1736 | 6 the lemnon law requires a reasonable repairs (>2). the service manager
recommended me to give them one more shot. i has to wait.
however, i don't if i should have other options,like consulting with a
lawyer. i am also thinking of contacting the toyota headquarters; post my
story in popular blogs....

发帖数: 1736 | 8 they said there is no abnormal in hardware. but they also admitted that
there is something wrong, either software or designs. they and I compared
the 2011 and 2010 models, confirming that old 2010 doesn't have this issue.
My service manager told me that they will take a while to figure out the
problem. if it is only software, they have to go back Japan to get new
software and then implant all 2011 Corolla LE because they also found other
two corollas have the same problem. so toyota might recall again to upgrade
the software within 5-6 month. However,i doubt that the software upgrade can
fix this issue. It might have a safety defect in this model.
so the service manager recommends me to call Toyota headquarter to get my
money back or get a new car, but definitely no Corolla any more.
now i called the toyota and they give me case and let's see what's going on.

. Actually, i had a bad experience in the sale department. i am going to
report the Toyota when i get my issue done.
so who should i deal with, sales manager or Toyota headquater? please
instruct me how to do. many thanks.
as i understand, is nothing to do with the service manager. now the service
manager told me to call toyota customer service to claim my money back for
replacing with a new car (camry).

减速效果明显的超乎我以前的经验感觉，好像被pull back了一下。应该是软件设计上
的问题吧。 |

. The Toyota Engineers (big guys) spent one week to check it. they compared
2011 and 2010. but it is not the case of software problem? that is
definitely a defect. However, if it is a disign problem or ever having a
safety defect? because 2010 corolla doesn't have the problem. every car is
supposed to be designed to be smooth when driving. Nobody likes that sudden
pull-back feeling.
besides, Toyota promised to give me a few couples of month credit, ~1000$.
so it is a problem otherwise they won't give me the money. now i am
contacting the Toyota customer service get my money back or a new car.

toyota 很无耻。 现在告诉我说， 2010 he 2011 model 有着different 的driving
style，2011年就是这样设计的。原先的computer software不是专门给2011用得。 现
在他们不能对我的车做任何事情。 他们必须做computer software upgrading。 但是
不知是么时候能做好。
现在告诉我从toyota position， 不会做任何处理，因为车是这样designed。 case
manager 建议我向 National Center for Disputer Settlement 申诉， 如果NCDS判
toyota 陪钱， toyota就赔钱。 大家知道这个机构吗？ 这个arbitration request是
怎么回事？

昨天带人试开了2009的Colora，那个自动加速功能真存在，减油刹车，他都成了猛加速
了。
别说我将油门当刹车踩了，那是扯谈。
还有避震真差劲，这车跑的一个段路，颠的要命，走的时候，我特别开我的2000
sienna，跑那段路，一点也不颠，差天共地。
难怪现在97～2002这年份的Toyota卖的这么贵，02年的camery敢开价8800. |
