ticket的上庭时间能reschedule吗？
my wife got a ticket before, and we requested a court hearing. and today I
got a mail, notifying us the court hearing time is in November. but my wife
is now in China, and will not come back to US at that time.
Can we reschedule the time? I saw "THIS HEARING CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED" on
the notice, so I came here to ask this question.
It also said "IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT TO A HEARING".
