发帖数: 154 | 1 不久前在法拉盛吃了两张罚单..其中一张是traffic ticket，大致情况如下：
我要从法拉盛去long island，所以要在main street 和 horace harding Expy 的交界
点左转上495，而大家经常开的话也知道main street在这里是有三条lane的，而只有左
转lane上有可以左转的标示，middle lane 和right lane就什么标示都没有. 而我恰恰
就是在middle lane 左转horace harding expy 准备上495 然后吃了一张罚单
请问有没有人有类似或相同的经验？大家觉得我如果上庭的话改怎样跟法官解释才会有
最大的胜算？ 因为我记得左转后horace harding expy是有两条lane的，所以我认为中
线左转是可以接受的. 还有一点想请教大家，纽约有没有交通法律规定在有三条
traffic lanes的情况下，如果middle lane没有直行或直行和左转的标示（跟我这个
case一样），是否也可以在中线左转？ 还是如果要左转的话不管在什么情况下必须
stay on left lane？
另一张罚单就点杯具了，我搬家换了地址，然后notify dmv to have my address
change on the record，但是我driver license上还是我原来的地址没有换掉. 因为我
记得如果你换地址的话，只需要通知dmv，是不需要更改你driver license的地址的.
而这个天杀的警察却因为我driver license还是用旧的地址，给了我一张罚单...经过
数次与dmv的交涉后，他们可以将我当初换地址的record 邮寄给我，但是时间关系，我
无法再上庭之前拿到证明，所以就请问大家，上庭的话改怎样跟法官解释才会有最大的
胜算？ P.S. 我drive license 后面也没有写我新的地址

发帖数: 432 | 2 换地址后，是应该把新地址的卡片也放在钱包里，这点是有规定的，但楼主可以把和
dmv交涉过程告诉法官，我个人认为有很大机会免掉的，至于左转，建议把当时的交通
状况考虑一下。 |

bound.
You are right, there are no marking on the road surface that the mid lane is
NOT for left turn.
I was only honked by others, no ticket. |

ticket?
My biggiest concern is that is there any NY traffic rules stating that you
cannot make left turn from the middle lane in my scenario? please share your
experience with me.. thanks.

yea I did forget to write my new adderss on the back of my driver license
when it happened. If I'm going to write it now and tell them it was already
there when the officer pulled me over, do you think it will make any
difference? please advise..thanks.

，然后掉了之类的，不要试图改变当时的情况。
