么砍价呢？照着每个月交的钱砍吗？还是砍总共要交的钱？有没有谈出一个1-2年免费

dealer may mark it up to 0.00185.
Money Factor * 2400 = interest rate
4). Make sure there is no mark up on the bank fee of the lease;
For example, BMW dealers used to mark up the bank fee from $725 to $925. |

5 factors to decide a lease payment:
1). Purchase price (and incentives)
Negociable, the lower the better
2). Money Factor
Dealer might mark it up a little bit - don't let them!
3). Residual Value
None negociable. The higher the better.
12k/year is 2% higher than 15k/year
10k/year is 3% higher than 15k/year
4). MSRP of the car
Of course it's a non-negociable value.
5). Downpayment
The more you put down, the less the monthly payment. But prefer to put down
as little as possible.
If you have zero down $400/month
and
$3600 down, $300/month.
I would choose zero down all the time.
Once you have these five factors set, the lease payment is calculated. |

发帖数: 73 | 11 谢谢阿！我现在想要lease一个altima coupe或者accord coupe.直接买的话基本上都是
3500-4000 off MSRP. 可是lease的话，迪乐说这个4000off就没有了。。。。要按照
MSRP来算月付首付还有余值什么的。。。。我能够跟他砍到用直接买的价钱（4000 off
msrp，或者接近这个数）来算lease价钱吗？多谢！

交道下来，肯定是要先谈好sales price的。从来没说lease就要从MSRP开始，这个
dealer太不厚道了。

因为lease 和buying的incentive 可能会有区别
比如g37 cash buy的incentive是3000
lease 只有1000

我通常这么做，先去edmund的车论坛看别人同配置的车最近一个月之内lease的价格。
比较popular的车，一般都有好多人给出价格，配置，总有一款适合你，哈。然后算算
他们的地区税率跟你的差距，你心里就有数了。至于那些算数的方法，我也弄明白了，
不过我觉得我砍价的时候被他们一绕就乱了，所以就咬定了每月的付款数砍。
去dealer前先看看dealer有什么样的车。我当初砍的几辆都是大众旗下的品牌，都可以
从dealer的website直接看到inventory，我进门就说：我要这辆车，还有不？有的话，
试车先。试完了，我就告诉他：我的credit绝对够，今天我付500块，36个月，你告诉
我每个月我该付多少钱，把税呀什么的包括，还有什么保养之类的都加里面。通常此时
他们会跟你废话那些数据，我就让他直接报价，别说别的。
领导的车是我谈的，上来dealer就胡说，比网上价格每个月贵了100多块，我站起来就
走，不开玩笑。把我拉回来，让我出价，我给心理价位一个月减35，不同意，走人。后
来打电话给我，比心理价位每月多15块钱，就带了领导去看车，结果领导到那就喜欢上
了，说今天一定要开走，那就没话了，从了。后来知道，要是不从，同一个dealer同配
置不同色的车三天后比我心理价位还低5块拿下。
另外，别的地方我不知道，audi dealer跟我说过，提前解除合同是可以的，就相当于
把车卖还给他们，你随时想卖回去都行，价格么，我就不清楚了。不过他们的意思是，
如果你还买他们的车，那么价格有的商量 |
