早高峰时通过一个装了拍照摄像头的路口，记得是黄灯时过去的，没感觉后面闪灯，但
是还是有些担心，回来在网上查了一下，看到这样两句话：Violations are captured
ONLY IF a vehicle crosses the first line of the crosswalk entering the
intersection AFTER the signal has turned full red. This only occurs after
the sign has cycled through a FULL yellow phase as well.
第二句不是很明白，它的意思是黄灯结束时还未通过路口算违章，还是到底黄灯时通过
