回家以后才想起来要去做MECHANICAL CHECK, 写信给律师，他不同意。
现在除了毁约还有别的办法能把mechanical check做了吗？
车子是09的FORESTER，27000miles, 有小刮擦和BUMPER上一条裂痕，clean title
的确很喜欢这部车子，不想放弃 |

agreement between xxx and xxx for the purchase of a forester(vin:xxxxx).
In exchange for $xxx and in anticipation of a final sale price, to be made
by the buyer of $xxx, seller will confirm the ability to transfer the
warranty issued on the original purchase date. Seller agrees not to post
this vehicle on any internet sites and will not show this car to any other
potential buyers.
This agreement will remain effect until xxxxx.

当时就是去看看车，没想着买的，所以现金只带了20，支票本也没带
然后就给了20块现金，回来也在纳闷。
你觉得这个AGREEMENT哪有问题？除了没有定金

But you can cancel that also by hold your payment.
according to the agreement, the seller can withdraw the transaction. Who is
going to pay the warranty transfer fee? |

劣势相当明显啊，车主是LAWYER，他老爸是做CAR INSURANCE的
感觉不吃大亏已经很满意了
