CPO: 2010 EX-L with 37k, NAV, and RES. Carfax shows that it was off a
personal lease with only significant repair being PCM reprogramming. Asking
for 22.8k (KBB private party for fair condition is 22.6k)
new: in addition to the price difference, the new generation is also two to
three inches wider --- small garage.
