NYS，警车在路边停着车抓人，我在最右lane然后减速开了过去。其实当时脑子里还想
了下要不要换lane，印象中减速也行，马上快要下高速了，然后犯懒减速了。位置基本
在限速55升65的位置，记不清具体应该55还是65，减速应该至少减到了45左右，因为我
后来开始加速时候瞟了眼表，基本在45-50之间。
过了一会儿警车跟上我，说我move over law，没有换lane，然后我说不是减速或者换
lane么，他说”I don't know“，我不知道他是不知道我减速了，还是说不知道move
over law有减速这条，然后好像他很生气的样子说，他刚才手都在门上了，如果开门就
会装到他了。然后就走了。
然后罚单是1144A FLD/YLD RT-OF-WAY OF EMERG VEHICLE
下月上庭，或者回信也行。google了一下，一般是3分+275刀。
这种情况怎么处理，我理解是plea of not guilty，上庭说自己减速了，需要找律师啥

确实是要换lane，这种情况还有得救么？
Every operator of a motor vehicle shall exercise due care to avoid colliding
with an authorized emergency vehicle which is parked, stopped or standing
on the shoulder or any portion of such highway and such authorized emergency
vehicle is displaying one or more red or combination red and white lights
pursuant to the provisions of paragraph two of subdivision forty-one of
section three hundred seventy-five of this chapter. For operators of motor
vehicles on parkways or controlled access highways, such due care shall
include, but not be limited to, moving from a lane which contains or is
immediately adjacent to the shoulder where such authorized emergency vehicle
displaying one or more red or combination red and white lights pursuant to
the provisions of paragraph two of subdivision forty-one of section three
hundred seventy-five of this chapter is parked, stopped or standing to
another lane, provided that such movement otherwise complies with the
requirements of this chapter including, but not limited to, the provisions
of sections eleven hundred ten of this title and eleven hundred twenty-eight
of this title.

发帖数: 11235 | 5 最近真是不顺。印象中前两年看车版，说某人开车换了个州，没减速被抓了，后面大家
都讨论减速或者换lane，我随手google新闻也是减速有的说减10有的说减20，所以一直
认为减速就行了。
下个月就5年good driver保险都能减了。
