The real owner is his sister, but his sister has moved back
to China(found job in China). He also said his sister already
signed the pink sheet.
Would it the transaction be safe ?
By doing some Google search, it seems to have some risk.
His sister could claim the car is stolen while she is not in the US, and
insurance company can get the car back without paying back all money that I
pay for the car.
Is this true ? and how to reduce the risk of buying this car ? | b********6
