车的结构也受了损伤。Comprehensive 应该 cover 滴。 |

I still want to repair the car.
The landlord also refuses to pay (it is his tree and the car is in his yard)
. I am wondering whether there is a slight change to get some sort of
compensation from him by filing a small court lawsuit.

如果维修费用太高，就改个敞篷吧，然后加个帆布顶，反正开车别翻，就ok了。

你要保了全保肯定是total loss的，如果没有的话，估计只能放弃了。

for an estimate, and use it to sue the landlord. |

because the damage is much smaller and the car is much older.

发帖数: 15913 | 21 别修了，车定和B柱都伤了，干脆把车顶全锯了，然后开着敞篷车接师妹。
说实话房东应该负100%的责任，如果人家不肯付，就去small claim court告它。
