Man I got a target price, but it is just a sense after doing a few homework,

pretty much similar to the Avg Paid price on truecar.com
Is this Net price before TTL or plus TTL?

一般来说Truecar估价偏高，dealer能接受。如果能用作OTD就很不错，有些车不容易做
