金将近400，如果上驾校的话要400多。所以想试试申诉，看能不能减免一点。我有个问
题就是，如果申诉失败的话，还是不是还qualify上驾校？不想因为这个每年多交几百
块保险。
当然以后开车肯定会注意的了，大家轻拍。

发帖数: 34 | 3 Don't bother arguing with highway speeding ticket in California. There is NO
chance you can win on court. Best option now is to go to court, plea guilty
and ask for deduction. Then go to online traffic school to eliminate the
point.
The only time I got away from a highway speeding ticket was when the whole
southern California was on fire and police were busy dealing with it.
Plea no guilty on court, you automatically drop the option for fine
deduction. Without a reasonable excuse(which I don't think you have), 99.9%
chance you will lose. CHP is zero tolerance on speeding over 80 (though they
claim speed limit is 65).
That's my experience from multiple speeding tickets(>5) together with advice
from a reputable lawyer.

through Trial by Written Declaration, without going to the court at all,
even if you do not have any reason.
If you want to be a loser and pay that's fine. Other people will fight and
win.

发帖数: 12623 | 5 加州的ticket先应该做Trial by Written Declaration。赢的机率很大，而且如果
Trial by Written Declaration输了可以重新上庭。没有损失。
上庭的时候可以向法官要求驾校。法官根据情况决定，但是法官不能说因为你上庭了就
不能上驾校。
