故障： over heating
具体表现：纯跑高速，（我自己跑过3个小时），一切正常；纯跑local，50 mph以下，
个把小时一点问题没有；over heating 只发生在跑过高速以后，再低速或者怠速5分钟
以上，出现over heating。
修过或者换过的部件，之后毛病依旧：coolant flush一次，所有coolant 是全新的；
散热器上面的盖子；coolant 那个流量控制阀 和 温度控制的一个部件，具体忘记了。
做过的测试：压力测试，结果没有漏；coolant 一个测试颜色变化检测有没有gas 参进
去的测试，没有变化；
我自己观察：车停一夜，第二天打火没有蓝烟或者异味；coolant一周基本没有减少；
地面和车体周围没有漏液；油耗正常。
有一点奇怪或许有联系的现象：这个车的catalytic converter正常使用，在55k的时候
换过一次。之所以说奇怪，是怀疑轻微漏coolant进入发动机，燃烧coolant排放的尾气
缩短了cat的寿命。但是，我观察和测压，测色，都没有漏。
更新一下：风扇有两档，工作正常。 |

information you provided seems to be quite sufficient.
from what i read, your coolant circulation system is fully functional.
I suspect, your radiator fan has problem. |

blowing into the radiator.
seems like you have quite hot coolant after highway, and low speed/idle will
not give you enough air to cool down the radiator unless fan kicks in.
That is how I see your issue. |

one last thing, i can ever think of right now is:
air flow in your radiator.
I am not sure if a radiator mesh is small enough to capture particle so that
clogged somehow...

发帖数: 684 | 11 i know for some heavy machines, industrial usage, some machines needed to
have the radiator cleaned as often as up to once a day.
they use air tools to blow the radiator, so that small particles like debris
or dust will go away.
but never hear on passenger vehicle anyone doing that.

节温器 换了一个，没用
没准真是风扇的问题，可能检查的时候认为风扇工作正常，然而实际不是？
但是我观察过，over heating的时候，我把车怠速，风扇倒是转的，会不会转速不够？ |
