因为超速法官给了Probation Before Judgment (PBJ)
回来查了一下，怎么有的网站说如果是非美国公民，拿PBJ对自己不利，会被遣返，真的
假的？
If the probationer is not a United States citizen, that person may be subjec
t to deportation or exclusion based on a criminal conviction. Under federal
law, probation before judgment is treated as a criminal conviction, even th
ough it is not treated as a criminal conviction under state law.
另外，有的网站说PROBATION满了，我可以向法庭申请把超速记录削掉，有人这么干过吗
？
Because probation before judgement is not a criminal conviction, once that p
eriod of probation has been completed, the probationer may file with the cou
rt to have the records expunged. If there are no other criminal convictions
and no other outstanding probations, obtaining expungement is possible. Un
til there is expungement, the case remains on the Maryland Judiciary Case Se
arch website. With expungement, all records in the case are deleted, and th
e Maryland Judiciary Case Search website shows nothing.
