发帖数: 38 | 1 本人住在A州，要搬去B州，正在考虑在A州的dealer买一个新车运到B州，但是现有的驾
照又是C州的，所以有点困惑。
1. 是不是需要先把C州的驾照换成A州的才能在A州买车？
2. B州的sales tax比A州稍高一些，是不是到了B州还要补税？
3. dealer是不是可以帮你搞定其中的一些手续？

发帖数: 1372 | 2 我觉得LZ应该直接问ABC三个州，在这里问根本就不知道具体哪个州，没法给意见啊。
关键的问题貌似有两个：
1）LZ给新车上哪里的牌和保险？不然没法上路。有些州规定要有Physical Address和
本州驾照才能上牌的，这个要问清楚。
2）怎么收税。有些州和邻州有Exempt条款，只要按其中一个来收税就行，有些州不管
你在哪里买车，只要最后在它那里上牌，重新按Sale Tax算税，等于交两份。 |

发帖数: 38 | 3 多谢！不用自己上路，打算找个运车公司。我从PA搬到AZ，因为以后要在AZ开，所以打
算上AZ的牌和保险，这个是不是没法在PA办？已经在AZ有新的地址了，但是还没有驾照。

can go to the Motor Vehicle Department, or MVD. Be sure to bring:
the emissions test results
your evidence of Arizona insurance
your driver's license (from any state)
your social security card or other form of signature ID
your car's title along with any lien release papers you may have
current vehicle registration

好奇一下，PA离AZ十万八千里，难道Sale Price比AZ低很多以至于能抵消运车的费用？

对困难些，并且雇主报销搬家费，所以考虑在PA买一个新车运过去。
