把车开过来，开我车门对比。。说有个DENT 是我弄的。。。我是什么都看不出来啊，
用相机都拍不到，于是我不承认。。他说他在BODY SHOP 做过能看出来。。我让他打公
司SECURITY，他打了，说不给看车场VIDEO （我估计VIDEO里也看不到，我车停在
CORNER）。。第二天他找SECURITY 给了个所谓的REPORT， 如下：At 17:50 hours,
employee AAA reports employee BBB possibly hit his vehicle today. AAA left a
note and spoke with BBB. BBB stated he did not hit AAA’s vehicle.
AAA parked his Subaru at 10:10 hours, on the 2nd level of the parking
structure, across the ramp to the 1st level. BBB parked his Toyota Camry at
10:35 hours, next to AAA’s vehicle.
AAA reports returning to his vehicle at 12:10 hours, and took notice of the
vehicles damage, taking pictures and removing his vehicle from the parking
structure.AAA reports BBB parked his vehicle close to his vehicle, leaving
very little room between the vehicles, also observing parallel damage on
both vehicles with matching paint markings （这句是BULLSHIP,我车上根本就没有
PAINT MARKINGS）. AAA reports he now has a dent on his door. AAA requested a
review of surveillance cameras.(没了）。。
刚才他又打电话给我，要我的INSURANCE，我没给。。然后就开骂。。他说他会从DMV
要我的INSURANCE， 让我的车RENEW 不了TAG。。
什么乱事啊。。我是坚决不给。。大家说这家伙能从DMV 要来我的INSURANCE么？
我觉得目前这个没有任何EVIDENCE证明我开车门给他弄个DENT，而且我真认为不是我弄
得。。凭什么DMV给他我的INSURANCE阿。。接下来我就不管了。。如果他再电话，我就
直接给SECURITY打电话说，他骚扰我。。可行么？？谢谢。 | p*******i
发帖数: 1181 | 2 理论上来说他可以报警说你hit and run然后把你的牌照给警察，那样可以强制要到你
的信息什么的，当然如果他门上的dent真的很不显眼那警察十有八九是懒得管的，那你

发帖数: 257 | 3 谢谢回复，我的理解是即使警察肯来，也要警察认为这个DENT是我弄的（实际上我根本
就看不出DENT），出REPORT，这样我的保险公司才能负责。。但是不找警察，他直接找
DMV是要不来的，DMV 也要警察的REPORT阿。。不知道对不对？ | p*******i
