my calculated payment based on this is $410
how much monthly payment I should offer to dealer?
never leased before, how to proceed? I know there are some other fees such
as title/registration, acquisition fee.

$410/month after tax is the correct number.
But you need to pay the following drive off: Probably adds up to $2000
Bank Fee: $725 (dealer may mark this up to $925)
First Month
Registration, Title, Document fees
If 12k/Year, minus 1% from the residual >> 60%
Monthly will be $426
If 15K/yr, minus another 2% to 58%, monthly will be $456. | a********h
