I bought(by cash) a used car from Hyundai dealer 20 days ago, and was given
a temporary plate (will expire in next 10 days). I was told the transferred
license registration will be sent to me, and the title is e-title, so I won'
t get the paper title.
I couldn't get the car registered under my name so far. I called dealer many
times, most times no one answered the phone. Finally I can speak to someone
over the phone, she just told me somehow the system did not allow her to do
the transfer.
I do the "verify the vehicle" by VIN at DMV website. There still show lien
on it, but The status of the title is marked "SOLD".
What I can do now? If I could not do registration after 10 days, i can not
drive it.
Can I sue the dealer?

某个环节卡住了，你既然和人说不上话，那就去一趟。

每个州规矩不一样的
dealer答应帮你处理title和registration吗？
如果答应的话，那你再去找她们要一张临时的牌照继续等着
如果他们没答应
你就拿title自己去dmv搞就是了 |
