网上查到不同的答案，DMV.org上就有两个不同版本的说法。
1，同一州内不需要。

New Title After Moving
This is only required for new out-of-state residents. If you move within
state you generally do not have to apply for a new car title.
2，需要，填表，交钱。。

Certificate of Title Address Change
If you have moved to a new address in Pennsylvania, you'll need to update
your vehicle certificate of title by requesting a duplicate. Follow the

A new certificate of title will cost you $51.
3，而PennDOT的网站上只提到了改名字的话要更新title，而改地址只提到了
registration。。。

VEHICLE/TRAILER REGISTRATION AND TITLE
If your name has changed due to marriage, divorce or another reason, you
will need to complete form MV-41A. Side A of the form should be completed if

B should be completed if you are requesting an updated vehicle/trailer title.
You can change your address on your vehicle/trailer registration at any time
online or by filling out form MV-63, "Change of Address", except if you are
moving out of state. To record a change of address on your vehicle
registration information, please fill out Form MV-8, "Self Certification for
Proof of Residency" and mail it to the address indicated on the form. |

发帖数: 801 | 4 PA不知道。我在CA，半年之前搬家，搬到一个离原来家3-4miles的地方(city的名字变
了)，只要到DMV告
诉他们我搬家了，然后他们给了个表格填好交上去就好了，title和driver license上
面的地址没变，只是在他们电脑系统里地址变了。DMV的人告诉我title不用换，上面的
地址没关系。Driver License也不用换。然后前两天registrarion renew的信也寄到我
新家了。 |

PA是driver licence 和registration都能在网上很方便的修改。10天之内会收到一张
小纸片写有新的地址，和原来的驾照一起使用。同时，10天之内会收到一张新的
registration代替旧的。
