Passat TDI SE. The buyback payment from VW pretty much make it even.
Paid $24,250 (6.25% tax rate) OTD with the following extra items:
1. tint
2. three oil changes
3. road assistant kit
4. monster mat
5. Trunk liner with CarGo Blocks
6. Cargo Net
Owned the Passat TDI since August 2013 with 50K miles now. The only thing
other than regular maintenance (three oil changes by VW, one time myself for
$7x.xx at 40K miles - once/10K miles, & refill the fluid for exhaust
treatment) is changing a Day Running Light bulk which costs me $12.xx and 10
minutes with a Philip screwdriver, and a tire cost $18x.xx.
The best part: average 42~45 MPG with 80% highway (best: 60MPG on highway);
Torque at ramp. Gonna miss it. | A***n
