road (passing allow area). After I passed these two cars, I slowed down my
speed.Very unfortunately, there was a motorcycle cop (state trooper) was
driving ahead of these two slow cars (no wonder these cars were slow driving
).
The trooper immediately stopped me and issued me a ticket.
How do they accurately get my speed? both cars were moving on same direction
. He can only measure the relative speed of my car. He has to add his
vehicle speed. How can he prove the speed of his vehicle is calibrated? He
claimed that I over-speed by 27miles. The speed limit is 50. I thought my
speed was 74 instead of 77.
Anyone have experience of defending such case?

发帖数: 2108 | 3 真想折腾就找个律师问问。首先你是在黄虚线还是在双黄线处超车的。是后者的话就无
解了。如果是前者的话，我觉得你可以argue的点就是你只是超了两个比限速低的车，
超速是为了尽量减少超车时间以保证安全，而超车后你迅速降低了速度。

the cars that I am passing. The speed limit on that country side road is 55
mile/hr. Immediately after I passing the two slow cars,I slowed down but I
realized there was a cop driving ahead of me.
within a minute, the cop turned on his flashing light.Then I pulled at
roadside immediately. The ticket says my speed is 77. |
