Here comes the all-new Lincoln Nautilus from the Ford Motor Co (F) .
Ford on Wednesday unveiled the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus, a new midsize luxury
sedan SUV, at the 2017 Los Angeles Auto Show (LAAS). The latest model will
deliver a "powerful turbocharged engine range and a suite of advanced
technologies designed to give drivers greater confidence on the road."
"With the introduction of Nautilus, Lincoln has a strong, distinctive
portfolio with a common and recognizable identity," said Lincoln President
Kumar Galhotra. "We're excited to add Nautilus to our Lincoln family of
luxury SUVs, along with a new name that better reflects the ideas and
attitudes of our clients."
The car boasts some pretty impressive features including a new cabin
providing a spacious, modern, and comforting interior. The Nautilus also
comes equipped with acoustic side glass that decreases noise from the road.
The seats, designed in partnership with orthopedic surgeons, can be adjusted
up to 22 ways for ultimate personalized comfort.
It also comes packed with advanced technology features including a wireless
charging pad for smartphones, a large touchscreen in the center with the
ability to connect to Apple Car Play. The steering wheel also acts as a "
digital instrument" displaying driver information.
The car boasts other tech features like adaptive cruise control, evasive
steer assist, the use of radar and cameras to examine the space between
slower-moving and stationary vehicles to avoid crashes, and in the event of
a potential accident, the Nautilus' system helps the driver steer around the
vehicle.
"The technology in this vehicle is thoughtful and purposeful," said Galhotra
. "We focused on bringing in innovative features to make each drive
effortless for our clients."
Not to be overlooked is the turbocharged engines of the new Nautilus. It
packs a 2.7-liter engine that delivers 335 horsepower and 380 lb.-ft. of
torque.
Nautilus, formerly called the Lincoln MKX, was "renamed to be reflective of
the spirit of journey and discovery that are deeply embedded within Lincoln'
s customers' psyches with names like Navigator, Continental, and now
Nautilus," Ford said.
The new 2019 Lincoln Nautilus will be available at Lincoln dealers this

不足。四驱版还用了ZF的首代CVT，质量烂的一逼。
经过3年多试验（05-07）发现了存在的问题后，把发动机改为3.5（268马力），放弃
CVT全面采用6AT，2008年推出第五代 脱拉屎/黑貂/脱拉屎X。市场还算成功。
当年那些 500/梦特娇/自由泳 的用户（特别是CVT的）基本都做了小白鼠。

买菜（普通）品牌一般用单词命名车型。比如 Camry，Accord，Fusion，Malibu......
豪华（Luxury）品牌一般用字母数字组合命名车型。比如RX350，C300，GLK350，328xi
......
烧包（Exotic）品牌又回到了买菜品牌的做法。比如 Ghost, Phantom, Mulsanne,
Bentayga......
林肯早期定位应该是二三流Luxury，采用买菜车做法。比如 Continental, Towncar,
Zephyr。
2007年开始给自己升级为一线Luxury，名字逐渐改为 MKX, MKC, MKS, MKT, MKZ（
Navigator是唯一一个例外）......
现在似乎又要该回去了。新款sedan叫Continental，MKX改为Nautilus，估计别的车型
换代时候也会改回去。是不是林肯已经升级为跟大劳，宾利一个档次的烧包车了？
