好像之前有个taigong说过，搜了下，好像说他公司把住址空着让自己填写，其他也是

至于手写w2，随便搜一下就知道
irs提供空白手写w2 pdf文件下载，而且明确说明最好打印，除非没条件，才接受手写
的，并且定义为“ non-standard” w2

A handwritten W-2 is OK to use. Your employer is required to file the W-2
with the IRS. The IRS will match the information reported on your return
with W-2s it has received from employers.

Can a W2 Be Handwritten?
The Social Security Administration scans the images of your earnings into a
computer and transfers them to the Internal Revenue Service. That practice
means W-2s must be typed in black ink, and must be in 12 point Courier font.
If your employer does give you a handwritten W-2, you can still use the
information when you file. If there is a problem with the form, your
employer will have to deal with it -- not you.

I have to get a W2 out and bought some forms from the office supply store,
but don't know if I can handwritten or if there is software to print with?
How would I find out f a handwritten W2 is acceptable.

Yes, you can hand write them. But be aware that sometimes with handwritten W
-2's, you can not electronically file.

Good question. I have no idea, but I did some searching and the consensus
opinion seems to be you can, but the IRS prefers having them typed.
Apparently people do fill them out by hand at times and if you're going to
as well you should make sure to use black ink and print as neatly as you can
. I assume the desire to have them typed is so they can be read easily and
as long as everything can be read writing them by hand is probably ok.

How do I mark a W-2 as handwritten?
Open the W2 screen and enter all data as needed.
At the bottom of the screen, select Was this W-2 altered or handwritten? (
Non-Standard). The option is located beneath line 15 for the state record.
Marking the option produces a Notes page stating that a non-standard W-2
has been entered for this return.
