NOS can great increase horsepower because:
1)It provides lots of oxygen for the engin to burn. N2O -> N2 + O2
2)As it changes from the compressed liquid form into gas, it absorbs
a great deal of heat. So it super-cooled the engine. As the engin
become so cool, the air/fuel mixture is much denser than they used
to be, which means even more stuff to burn!
3)Also as NOS gets out of its fire extinguisher like container, the pressure
is very so high it can be over 1000 psi! This works simil |
