for 30s-120s but still with 30 MPH which is below minimum, not to
mension she DIDN'T KNOW WHICH LANE SHE WAS IN!
I have to assume she changed to left lane with only 30MPH, thus the
other party had to steel toward right but still hit OP's tale...
That was a cut-in. However, without witness, probably OP can stay happy...
BUT, do prove your driving skill/habit please. You are one of those road
killers!
