Subcommittee on Transportation, in their report they indicated the FAA's
oversight of the Air Transportation Oversight System (ATOS) inspections
continues to be ineffective at the national level in large part because the
FAA does not collect data on all overdue inspections or fully utilize the
data it already collects.
