now sends me to Shanghai. Should we file for citizenship before we go? Can
we wait and obtain citizenship in China?
We are concerned that if we stay in Shanghai for 2 - 3 years, we may have
more complications when we decide to apply for citizenship.

发帖数: 11693 | 2 忘了是绿卡身份必须一年中有半年时间必须呆在美国，还是说每6月必须入关一次，否则绿卡会被注销，这个问题先问问律师吧。知道了这个信息，后面该怎样就容易决定了～
入公民很快的，半年不到就搞定，宣誓过后就算公民了。
怎么不是公民就不能拿美国人员的工资吗？如果不是在顾及这个，我觉得你可以直接和employer说清你的情况，然后跟他们work out。。。
