I took someone to the airport and saw a Chinese female there. She was not
allowed to board the flight to Toronto from a U.S. city because her flight
from Toronto to Beijing was operated by Hainan Air.
I told her she needed a visa because her next flight was not operated by Air
Canada, but she told me the travel agent who sold her the ticket told her
she would not need a visa.
While I blame the travel agent who was not ethical and professional, you
need to do your homework if you have to connect in Canada. | J*******i
