按照他们网站说法，只要买的东西要带出美国，不在美国使用就可以退税吧？谢谢啊！
What affects eligibility for a sales tax refund in Texas?
If an item is used in Texas, the item will lose its eligibility for a sales
tax refund. For example: jewelry is eligible for a sales tax refund. However
, if jewelry is worn during your visit to Texas, it loses its eligibility
for a sales tax refund.
Are US Citizens / Residents eligible for this refund?
Yes, anyone is eligible for a Sales Tax refund as long as the purchased
items are exported and proper exportation procedures are followed. The US
Constitution Article 1 Section 9 Paragraph 5 guarantees "No Tax or Duty
shall be laid on Articles exported from any State." Christmas gifts taken to
family overseas or a US Citizen living abroad are good examples of
qualifying situations.

有只有大件值得退。

dallas的话我只听我朋友说过机场能退，不过我觉得，应该市区也有
符合退税要求的东西必需是离开美国本土机票日期倒退29天只能买的，必需要用现金或
者退税者本人cc买
而且不是8.25%全退，大概能退到5-6%的样子
剩下的是office手续费
至于lz说tiffany，我在休斯顿退过，是情况比较特殊，目前唯一碰到的
要求去office办完手续，交了手续费之后（大概2%），拿一张office开的单子去
tiffany店里，过3-4周tiffany会把8.25%的税退回你卡里，不过我说的是houston的情
况，dallas不知

每人每6个月只能退一次

昨天一个朋友去local的office，结果office关门了，估计是退的人太少了，没有必要
维持了吧
给了个小册子，册子上显示dallas north park mall里还可以退，机场也可以。
我这个月回国，准备下周买了去退试试。

我妈妈回去，但是买东西都是我的信用卡买的，这样能退的到吗？ |

所以建议下次家人来之前申请一下副卡，酱紫就ok了
