不知道发哪个版好，不过既然跟Money有关，就试试在money版问问吧，希望有人知道。
问题：AT&T回国接听或者打电话一分钟要$2.5，data要1M $19.5，除非买$30的国际漫
游包会变成一分钟$1。但如果我开着手机，但不接听电话，只让它自己留言voice
message，然后我回头再用中国本地电话打回去或者用中国本地电话打我自己的美国手
机号码去听留言（不直接在手机上听留言），请教这样可行吗？让手机开着接收voice
message但不接电话，会产生国际漫游电话费用吗？ | S*********s

在中国开机，即使不接听电话，这时候进入留言箱也要收国际漫游通话费每分钟$2.5。
而且还很tricky，要同时收incoming call roaming charge和outgoing call roaming
charge。具体看下面的chat：
Adrian Peters: If the device is turned on and registering on a foreign
carrier's GSM/GPRS/UMTS network, calls that
are not answered that are routed to the AT&T voicemail system are charged as
an international roaming incoming call
to the device.
Adrian Peters: In addition, the foreign carrier's routing of that call to
the AT&T voicemail system may generate an
international roaming charge for an outgoing call from the device's location
to the U.S.
Adrian Peters: These charges apply even if the caller disconnects from the
voicemail system without leaving a
message
Adrian Peters: Each time they turn on the GSM/GPRS device, it registers on
the local carrier's network. As long as
that registration is in place, AT&T routes calls to that carrier. When they
turn the device off, the registration reverts to
the home network, although not immediately. While this normally happens
within an hour, it could be longer
depending on how the foreign carrier's network is set up.
