but Laoguo said during last training the arm does not need to be straight,
otherwise, it it hard to "fa li" from your elbow and wrist. Any comments
from dd, dumbbird or windlegend, did i understand incorrectly? | y**b

发帖数: 2449 | 3 对，我觉得老郭的意思就是不能过分追求伸直，否则不容易发力。个人感觉是要在仍然
自然的前提下伸直，争取高的击球点。胳膊肘有点弯带角度也在170度以上吧。 |
