. I suppose there is no point to play if they are already eliminated, right?
Anyway, it's best to find out what's the qualification rule this time. I don

I think finishing all group-level matches for each pair is a rule, which can
be commonly seen in basketball, soccer, and ...., no matter who has been
eliminated.
