so the official scorer can give the win to one of the
relievers
just a few days I saw a story on ESPN where the official
scorer decided to give the win to hasegawa(sp??) instead of
percival even though hasegawa came in with the lead, because
percival gave up a few runs and blew the save. so I guess
a lot of this is arbituary

投得最好，就是谁了

发帖数: 667 | 5 这个是规则允许得。规则上说，本队由落后或平分时变为领先并且
之后一直保持领先得投手为胜投，但有一个补充条款，如果记录员
认为这个投手投球不够effective，可以取消他得胜投资格。比如
这个blown save得投手，记录员有权不给他胜投
