大多数球迷都是业余的。哪有人每天follow stats like a diehard fantasy
player? Most of the time when fans vote, they either vote for their
home team or the players whose name they can recognize. That's why
in the last 20 years only one Pirate was voted into all star game...

can be had cheaply anytime of the week. now they are on a sell-out streak
longer than that of the Yankees?

Pirates倒是没见有太大转机，连续输了17年了？
话说Rays这么强的队，现场观众也很少啊

no baseball team has future in FL. Marlins were very
successful as a new team. They won WS twice in less
than 20 years. Still they have no attendance.
MLB has too many teams. Some of them need to be get
rid of.

the only(probalby there is another) mlb player in history who
has had a 20 2B/20 3B/ 20 HR/ 20SB season before he became a
Yankee.
