要，基本没什么机会从侧面搞的。
偶尔从侧面偷偷别人还可以

实际上规则已经对有球权的人有很多照顾了
规则要的是公平,其次是合理,
先触球可以有优势,但如果这个优势太大,那就过于鼓励进攻而抑制防守
比赛的可玩性一样变低.
