Lin, who was sleeping on his brother’s couch less than a month
ago, has rented a 1,182-square foot condominium in Manhattan’s
financial district, FoxSports.com reports .
Lin, 23, has averaged 24.5 points and 9.4 assists while
leading the Knicks to a 7-2 record since taking over as a
starter on Feb. 6. The former Harvard University point guard has
a base salary of about $762,000 this season.
Lin rented a two-bedroom suite at the W Hotel, upgrading
from his brother’s apartment on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, Fox
Sports said without citing the source of its information. Lin
chose a mid-level unit in a complex where rents range from
