more surprised how easily he got up the floor despite the defense.
Forgot KG's early ball-handling days, im so lucky to have seen him play live
in his prime.

I assume it's because Kidd knew full court pressure was his only chance of
stopping Garnett and steal the ball. He's too small to contest KG's shot. KG
could shoot over Kidd anytime as soon he crossed the 3pt line. Others were
big enough to contest KG's shot so they could gamble waiting for him near
the basket(futilely).
我猜是因为记得知道全场紧逼是他唯一能阻挡KG、完成抢断的方法。基德身高不够，完
全干扰不了加内特投篮啊。只要KG进到3分线内，他随时可以在基德脑袋上完成投篮，
剩下几个都有身高，能干扰KG的投篮，所以他们可以赌一把，放KG进来再防（虽然也没
