recruiting wars. Not many other schools pay as much attention to women's
basketball as those 2 do. Thus some teams may happen to have strong year
or 2, but in a long term only Tenn and UConn can dominate (Texas Tech and
La Tech are 2 other schools focus on women's basketball a lot). Duke actually
improve a lot in recruiting since their 99 final appearance and seems
challenging those 2 power house a little bit. But the atte

NCAA women's bball 最近几年有相当大的发展。部份的原因大概是NBA的兴旺，
爱好体育的风潮日炙。。。NCAA MAN's game...ETC
uconn刚好赶上了好时机。在UCONN之前，TENN和 la tech 等已经dominate多年了但始终
没有象UCONN今天这样的气候。当95年UCONN第一次pefect season
而且借助总部在CT的ESPN的宣传开始吸引全国性的注意力。
别的学校不象上面两个学校这样投入，但只要稍微努力一点，象OU这样的例子才六年前th
eir program还差点挂掉, 后来换了一个high school coach, come from nowhere, 今年
也闯入决赛了。
