when he coached lakers and blazers. He was fired (i believe) 3 times in in
his 10 year coaching career. Shaq teased him in '99 when the blazer team was
out of control by saying Dunleavy is like a "sissy" running that team.
Sabonis also critisized him after the towling incident, he siad Dunleavy should
have been fired earlier in that season.
On the other hand, JVG is a proven winner who had 6 year winning season in |
