行动的信心
经文：“你若能信，在信的人，凡事都能。”（可九23）
我们难得能听到信心准确的解释。有一次我们聚会的时候，一个青年人问起，
怎样可以从上帝那里得到需要的帮助？于是有一个亲爱的老妇人站起来，伸出她的指头
来指着那个青年人，很郑重地回答说：“你只要相信上帝已经做了，事情就成了。”这
才是信心准确的解释。多少时候，我们最大的危险，乃是：求了上帝之后，我们不相信
上帝已经作了。我们倒设法帮助祂，还请别人去帮助祂，然后看上帝怎样去作这件事。
眞的信心一经“阿门”，上帝的“我肯”就释手。让上帝独自去完成祂的工作
，它的不二法门，就是：“当将你的事交托耶和华，并倚靠祂祂就必成全。“（诗三十
七篇五）──译自地上的天上生活（天坛地球之日起）
活泼的信心在得到上帝的应许以后，立刻能发出赞美和感谢来。虽然应许还没
有实践，因为它知到上帝的支票和现款一样好。──亨利马太（马修亨利）
