村里好多空房子，现在没有waiting list，所以没办法才考虑不涨价吧

"We have not received any official word yet of rent increases this year.
When we do, we will notify all Family Student Housing residents.
We have also not heard anything about West Village rent increasing and
East Village remaining the same."
Just wait and see.
